Architect`s apartment near metro station
Hello! Here you have the shelter of an architect. I recently renovated it to live in it. All the details were made thinking about maximum comfort: central heating radiators, air conditioning, acoustic windows with double glazing, kitchen with solid oak bench, solid wood flooring, jacuzzi bathtub, high speed internet, two terraces (one indoor), cozy night lighting, silent ceiling fan, skylight in kitchen, etc ... In addition the living room has two shelves with wheels that allow to divide the space and create an office-type room and thus be able to work in a better way.
