* The house is a shoe free zone. Guest slippers are provided
* Please keep the common areas tidy and dispose of trash properly

* Overnight guests are not permitted
CHECKING OUT: Any cleaning needed beyond the standard cleaning may incur a £70.00 excess cleaning fee
KEYS: Unreturned and/or lost house keys will be charged a £50 replacement fee
