Cozy & big studio at Praga, Warsaw
Cozy, bright and quite spacious studio flat (30 square meters) is located in Goclaw, on the right side of Vistula river – the Praque-South district. From its big balcony on the 6th floor there is a great view on the Palace of Culture and Science (approx. 8,5 km).
The place consists of a living room with kitchenette and a big bathroom. You can find there: double fold-out sofa with clean bed-linen, two-door wardrobe, cabinet, table with two chairs and a desk with chair to work/study.
The kitchen is fully eqiupped with fridge, oven, dishes, pots, cuttlery and a bathroom with bath-tube is provided with washing machine, soap and clean towels.
You can move in only with your toothbrush as there is all you may need during the first few days of your stay.
The studio is located in modern, residential and safe area among new buildings. It's close to Promenada Shopping Mall with restaurants, shops, cafes, fitness studio/gym. Nearby you can find Veturilo station with bikes for rent or jogging paths.
Close to the building there are a few free parking places to leave your car.
Most Universities can be reached with a direct public transport (though take into consideration that there are lots of construction works on the streets, so the time may vary a bit):
- to Warsaw University of Technology -15 mins
- to Warsaw School of Economics -20 min
- to University of Warsaw -25 mins
- to Medical University of Warsaw -25 mins
- to SWPS -30 mins
- to Lazarski University-30mins
- to Kozminski University -40 mins.
At the moment new buildings are being built in the area.
