This apartment, located 200 meters from the beach, is inserted in the Troia Resort, in a quiet area, surrounded by wonderful gardens and close to several points of interest. A 5-minute walk away, you can be on different beaches (river and ocean) according to your preference.
It is 100 meters from the Supermarket, next to a garden, 2 football fields, 2 tennis courts, 1 volleyball court, 100 meters from the Tróia Marina (Cafes, Restaurants, shops, among others) and the Casino.
The apartment, ideal for 4 people, has 1 small bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 complete bathroom, living room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a somersault sofa, flat-screen TV with cable channels, Internet, and dining table, kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, water heater, dishwasher and all the necessary dishes for use in the apartment. This property also has a nice balcony, which allows the use as a space of meals for up to 6 people, overlooking the Jardim das Quadras.
