The Puerto Raval villa is a spacious villa, in an extremely calm location just a few minutes from the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and pastry shops.
Located in Amoeiras, Santa Cruz, it is a 3-minute walk from the nearest beach and Praia da Formosa, where you can enjoy walking, sunbathing, surfing or simply relaxing in the beach bars.
Family house with 5 spacious bedrooms, a sunroom perfect for family meals while having a barbecue.
At Puerto Raval you can count on an outdoor area to relax or have breakfast outside.
When you enter, you will have a space to park your car inside. In the accommodation we have a large kitchen with access to the outdoor and indoor dining area.
There is also a bedroom on this floor, with a remodeled bathroom where there is a washing machine and a spacious living room with a fireplace.
When you go up the stairs, you will have access to four more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fantastic sunroom with access to two of the bedrooms. They have a small lounge with stairs that give access to the marquee on the lower floor.
