35 sqm suite in a villa in San Sebastian
Villa Carmen is the alternative for a stay of a few months to an impersonal hotel. "Tximistarri" is a spectacular 35 m2 room, under the roof of Villa Carmen, with magnificent views of the city, Urgull and the sea. Private bathroom inside the room. The common use area of the villa has a kitchen, 18 m2 terrace, living room, 100 m2 sunny patio and laundry/clothesline. Access to La Concha beach and Buen Pastor Cathedral in 7 minutes. Private room cleaning once a week and private area cleaning twice a week. Optional private parking in the driveway at the back of the property. Double occupancy has an extra charge.
