Villa Carmen offers an alternative to a long stay in an impersonal hotel. "Monpas" is a 30m2 room, in suite style, divided into a bedroom, bathroom, and living area, all completely private. It boasts magnificent views of the city, Urgull, and the sea. The common area of Villa Carmen includes a kitchen, an 18m2 terrace, a living room, a sunny 100m2 patio, and a laundry/tender area. Access to La Concha beach and Buen Pastor Cathedral in 7 minutes. Private room cleaning once a week and private area cleaning twice a week. Optional private parking in the driveway at the back of the property. All expenses included. The price for July and August doubles. Double occupancy has an extra charge of 200€ (400€ in July-August).
