Luxury house with a large garden for rent for a family of 4. On the ground floor there is a sitting room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, gardrobe and toilet. The sitting room opens on a large terrace, from which you can access the garden. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, a sitting area and 2 bathrooms (one with a tub, the other a toilet, shower and bidé).
Windows are tripple glazed, A/C in all rooms.
Easy access to downtown or the motorway to Vienna, good public transport (metro nearby).
Pets are welcome.
