Entire villa with pool and lawn
Quintinha do Caruncho is a house in a small village near Malveira/Mafra, with a large outdoor space, swimming pool, lawn and barbecue area. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, has 2 bathrooms and an open space kitchen, living room and dining room to promote conviviality. Great isolation to work in a focused way and at the same time to be able to relax in peace and safety.
The house is in the small village of Carapiteira, just 1.5km from Gradil, where there is a great restaurant and a grocery store for small purchases. If you want a bigger supermarket, there are all the big ones in Malveira, 8 minutes away, as well as many restaurants. Mafra is just 15 minutes away too.
The beautiful Ericeira and its beaches are 20 minutes away if you want to enjoy the coast.
If you want to go for a walk to Lisbon or Sintra, they are only 30 minutes away so you can wander around to your heart's content :)
