Lovely Flat with access to gym + pool + car park
Apartment with an excellent terrace exclusive to the apartment, gym and swimming pool shared by the condominium, located a few steps from the Ria Formosa Natural Park where there is the largest colony of pink flamingos in Europe.
It is located a 15-minute walk from the city center and a 20-minute walk from downtown, with dozens of restaurants and bars, the Marina and the Municipal Market for fruit, vegetables and fish!
It is also here in downtown where you can buy a boat ticket to go to one of the islands that form a basin to the city (Island of Armona, Ilha do Farol, Ilha dos Hangares (my island), Ilha Deserta and Ilha da Culatra ).
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (access via stairs) of this wonderful complex and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped in open space with the living room equipped with a 40" Smart TV with 120 channels (Portuguese and foreign), free Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection, Air Conditioning, free parking inside the condominium.
Our guests have private and secure parking inside the accommodation, heated swimming pool, garden, gym and leisure room with table football and snooker shared with the other guests!
