A delightful cozy studio apartment with stunning sea views in the highly sort after area of San Eugenio, Costa Adeje. It has a good size outside terrace with table and chairs, and comes with all the equipment needed for a comfortable stay e.g. washing machine, television, cooking utensils and ironing board and has use of a communal swimming pool.This large studio apartment has a sofa bed and a fold up bed for up to 3 people.The complex boasts a swimming pool which guests can use free of charge.
Costa Adeje is a popular area of the island where the Gran Sur is situated. Gran Sur is a huge shopping centre with shops, playgrounds and a cinema. Also nearby is another shopping centre called "Plaza del Duque". Costa Adeje also has a water park called Aquapark plus has many beaches and activities for everyone to enjoy.
Smoking Area is only on the terrace. To keep order. Observe silence after 22.00. Extra payment 20 EUR for arrival is charged during weekends or Bank holiday and from Monday till Friday (after 7 p.m. - 10.00 am). Charged on the arrival.
