Independent apartment on 2nd floor with elevator, facing to a small side street, has partial panorama. No smoking inside, no parties, and sorry, no pets allowed. Tenant should sign Lease agreement and Addendum. As per general contract, in case utilities accedes more than 15% of rental fee (in proper use not), tenant should cover the extra costs of electricity bill. Weekly cleaning is advised, I can send our reliable cleaning person. Apt. should be returned in fully cleaned state, refilled with cleaning products used.
