In a place where history literally walked, in a listed, reconstructed bunkhouse, without an elevator, we offer this beautiful, quiet, historic 1+kk apartment with an area of ​​35 m2, fully furnished, without a washing machine.
The apartment has no outdoor space (balcony) and is located on the 2nd floor, directly in Mostecká street, approx. 80m from Malostranská Mostecká tower. The orientation of the apartment is in a quiet inner block, i.e. without street noise.
It is possible to move in immediately.
The amount is already with fees CZK 3,000.
