Sunny, beautiful, and comfortable 55 square meter apartment in Mouraria, just in the center of Lisbon. Mouraria is a historic and vibrant neighborhood located in the heart of Lisbon. Known for its rich multicultural heritage, it is a melting pot of different cultures, traditions, and influences that have shaped its unique character.
Very close to public transportation (2 minute walk to Martim Moniz subway station and several buses), 1 minute walk to 28 tramway.
There are a lot of small shops, cafés, a laundromat, supermarkets and very nice restaurants (make sure you ask me for tips if you decide to stay at this apartment) all within walking distance.
A brand new elevator to Graça is going to open in the next few weeks, so you can effortlessly go up to Miradouro da Graça and enjoy one of the best views of Lisbon. Or you can take the stairs and enjoy it anyway ;-)
The apartment has just been thoroughly renovated and it's fully equipped with brand new appliances and furniture. I worked together with an interior designer, making sure it is functional and at the same time, beautiful and comfortable. Ideal for a single person or a couple.
