Sunny Room near Bela Vista
Our home is located near Bela Vista park. Its peaceful, surrounded by green trees and a short bus or metro into the centre.
We are renting out our bright and sunny spare bedroom which has a double bed, desk and other simple furnishings. It is perfect for base for a digital nomad or traveller wishing to have the peace and quiet but also with easy access to the city.
This is a queer friendly home and you will be sharing the common spaces in the apartment with me and my partner (both in our early 30s), although we travel a lot so you will also have the place to yourself sometimes too. The property is a duplex, so the bedrooms and bathroom are downstairs, and the kitchen and living area upstairs.
You will have your own bedroom, but will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room with us. The house is fully furnished, with dishwasher, washing machine etc.
We both work from home, so we are looking for guests that will respect the calm environment in the day. The wifi is strong and reliable.
