The kitchen appliances are all Bosch (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), there is a brand new washing machine as well as a separate dryer, and there are two air conditioning units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bathroom has heated floors and a heated towel rack. This is not your typical short term rental apartment with crappy stuff - this is meant for people who want a home away from home, who will want to cook a meal with real pots and pans, and enjoy a (mostly) non-ikea experience. Even the bed is custom made!

One very large terrace off of the hallway which is completely private, and has a set of two chairs, a love seat and a table, and has a private rooftop garden view. The last terrace is connected to the bedroom.

It also comes equipped with a nespresso coffee pod machine, a tea kettle and a toaster. The building has an elevator, and there are actually no steps to get from the ground floor into the apartment.
The apartment also has a full sized desk in the living room, as well as a 43 inch smart monitor which actually is a computer monitor but doubles as a TV for casting from your devices. Just plug in via the USB-C cable, and you will be connected, charging and ready to work on a massive screen.
Situated just one block from the Kobilysy metro station (which oddly enough has a supermarket in it), you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes, or just 4 short stops away. There are also a range of trams also one block away which will bring you to most places in Prague. Escape the noise of the direct city center, but enjoy complete access to all of Prague.
