NICE AND STYLISH 3 BEDROOM. PERFECT FOR NOMADS
This is a nice newly renovated in 2023, 3-bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment in Monteolivete, close to Ruzafa`s neighbourhood. You will find sunny terraces and shops within walking distance, and close enough to the city centre to be there in a few minutes.
Decorated with good taste, Nordic style and attention to detail, has everything nomads to work remotely or a small family would need for an enjoyable stay in Valencia.
The Space
My home is located on the 4thfloor in a building with elevator, and it can accommodate families up to 5 people.
In the 3 bedrooms you will find comfy beds two doubles (160x190 cm) (1,40x1,90) and one single (90x1,90) to ensure a good night's rest.
Also one of them features a desk , the perfect space to work remotely with the super-fast speed Wi-Fi.
You will also find 2 full bathrooms both with shower. Bath amenities like shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and hairdryer are provided.
The open-plan living area features with a 3-seater sofa and flat screen smart TV, a dining area with table with 4 chairs and a modern leather reading chair. The perfect place to relax at the end of the day.
There is also A fully-equipped kitchen, where you`ll find everything you might need to prepare a meal: dishwasher, oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware and tableware.
Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided.
The WiFi High-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to.
The apartment is also provided with Splits (hot/cold) in all rooms.
