The bathroom, equipped with a shower tray, is located at the entrance.
The interior is already cool in itself, because it has excellent ventilation through its various doors and windows to the outside, but guests also have a ceiling fan in the bedroom and an additional portable fan for the rest of the house.

It is an open, spacious, comfortable and very practical accommodation. It is oriented towards the sea and stands out for its excellent location, it is ideal for those guests looking for rest in a haven of calm near the sea, in one of the best climates on the island, and a few meters from the impressive beach of 'La Tejita ' and 'Playa Chica'.
The complex is extremely well cared for and attended to with daily maintenance. It has gardens, a large main pool and a small auxiliary one for children, with a large solarium area and outdoor showers.
The accommodation is located in a coastal residential area, next to the Montaña Roja Special Nature Reserve, and the emblematic 'La Tejita' beach (6 min walk from the door of the complex). It is a quiet beach that is one kilometer long and is connected by a road to the center of El Médano and the fishing village of Los Abrigos. Its natural character makes La Tejita a beach frequented by young people and athletes looking for a vacation spot away from the tourist centers. And the magnificent views of Montaña Roja, an ancient reddish volcanic crater, make the beach a unique place to enjoy this natural setting. From the beach there are impressive views of the Montaña Roja volcano, which can be climbed up a path to enjoy the wonderful views from the top of the volcano.
In addition to this spectacular main beach, the coastline in this area is full of other beaches and sandy coves, such as 'Leocadio Machado' beach, one of the best on the island for surfing, windsurfing and Kate surfing. It is also worth noting others such as the small cove that is located right on the slopes of the volcano, or the 'Playa de Sotavento' (a 4-minute walk from the door of the complex). The latter is the closest to the accommodation and also has a bar, 'El Chiringuito Pirata', on the beach itself.
Right in front of the complex, just across the street is the La Tejita Shopping Center, with a supermarket (DIalprix), laundry, or parapharmacy, as well as a wide range of all kinds of restaurants and cafeterias with terraces.
The complex is located on the general road El Médano - Los Abrigos, and is halfway between the two urban centers. Where guests can also find numerous beaches or bathing areas of different kinds, as well as a wide variety of gastronomic options, where local food restaurants stand out to taste fresh fish and seafood.
In the area, guests have several schools for surfing, windsurfing, kite-surfing or diving, as well as establishments to rent bicycles, boards or equipment for practicing these water sports.
The most convenient and recommended option, both to get to the accommodation and to move around the island, is to rent a vehicle. However, public transport is also a good option, as there is a bus stop right at the entrance of the complex.
