The community has two private saltwater pools located at two different levels from the street. One of them is interior, located in the center of the complex, while the other is open to the sea and the maritime avenue.

You only have to cross the street to find one of the several small beaches that are spread along the coast and the avenue.
It is one of the main leisure areas. On one side of the avenue, small beaches in Callao stretch along the entire coast (you just have to cross the street to soak in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean). The other side of the avenue is full of bars, cafes, ice cream parlors, cocktail bars, restaurants and terraces of all kinds.
When evening falls, the Avenida Marítima is filled with people strolling enjoying the leisure atmosphere and the magnificent temperatures that Candelaria enjoys all year round. It should be noted that it is a fantastic route for walking and even for jogging, enjoying the smell of the sea and the sea breeze.
As other information of interest, there are numerous supermarkets practically next door (Supercor, Mercadona, Alteza, Hiperdino, etc.) and a few minutes away is the 'Puntalarga' shopping center open 365 days a year.From the apartment it is very easy to move around Candelaria and Caletillas on foot, because it is a very comfortable town and everything is very close at hand.
If you want to move around the island, Candelaria is strategically located between the north and the south. From the apartment you can access the highway by car in less than 1 minute.
On the other hand, there is also the option of the bus, since the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the central station from where transport leaves very regularly to the south and north.
