I will rent a bright, beautiful apartment with original original elements in an Art Nouveau building. Nice attractive location of Karlín with lots of restaurants and bars right next to the Križíkova metro. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with a new elevator. Both the house and the apartment have been completely renovated in the year 2018. The apartment has all the equipment: dishes, gas stove with electricity oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a spacious stylish living room. In the courtyard there is a garden where you can grill.
