Sunny apartment in Graça, one of the most typical neighborhoods in Lisbon.
Located in a quiet street, on the third and last floor (no elevator) where you can enjoy a wonderful terrace to dine, work or simply relax.
It's a Lisbon typical style apartment with wooden floors. It has 2 bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a cupboard with drawers. The second bedroom is especially suitable for children and young people, it has a semi-raised single bed and a wardrobe. This second bedroom can also be used as an office.
The apartment has a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It's fully furnished and equipped.
