Beautiful and cosy loft type flat, totally new and with all the comforts, located in a historical building of the 19th century (the fountain that is in the inner courtyard, was donated by the Catholic Kings in 1488) Completely furnished, with first quality equipment and modern and functional design. The building has a lift. The flat also has a fully equipped bathroom with shower. Supermarket and public parking right next to the flat, and what makes it unique is its wonderful terrace, decorated in the purest Andalusian style, where you can enjoy the wonderful sun of Malaga. FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI, air conditioning hot/cold, iron, hairdryer, etc. Fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, kitchenware, kitchen utensils, etc).
