Studio apartment with an atmosphere
The magical 1-kk apartment after reconstruction is an oasis of peace in the wider center of Prague. You can admire the green chestnut tree in the quiet courtyard from the window. At the same time, we are located in an attractive zone at the crossroads of popular districts Vinohrady and Vršovice, close to the Ruská or Kodaňská streets, not far from the Vzlet studio, bars and cafes around Krymská, Grébovka park or farmers' markets on Jirího z Podebrady square. The center can be reached on foot or in 15 minutes by tram.
The apartment itself has a sleeping floor with a new comfortable mattress, but also a sofa bed, a kitchen with a stove, oven and all equipment. In addition, there is a new fridge with freezer, washing machine and dryer. Bed linen and towels are part of the equipment. Wifi is very fast. You can just move in. :)
