Located in "Sevilha Portuguesa" in Vila França de Xira in a historic district "CARLOS PLACE" is a completely renovated apartment in a building from the 60's and where I was born and lived my childhood memories in a unique environment between the City and Countryside, between Montes and Grande Lezíria and always with the Tagus for company.
Everything in the apartment has been renovated and restored with some of the Vintage furniture.
Its behavior, energy efficiency and sustainability were the subject of major concerns resulting in a modern apartment with all the necessities for a medium-term stay ideal for digital nomads or liberal professionals not forgetting the tourist aspect for the pilgrim or simple visitor to the City.
Its location in a historic district puts CARLOS PLACE at a 5-minute walk from all public services and transport for the entire region.
Lisbon is 20 minutes away with transport every 5 minutes and Santarém 30 minutes away.
