Cosy Flat | Well Located | Quiet Neighbourhood
The flat consists of a kitchen, a living room, a suite, a bedroom and a bathroom. The room has been prepared as an office so you can have a dedicated space to work remotely. It also has two balconies where you can enjoy it on sunny days or be dazzled by the Serra de Sintra. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift.
Access is another advantage as it has the motorway (A5) and Av. Marginal (along the coast) that in just 15 minutes you can reach Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra.
Flat is located in Oeiras, in one of the most sought-after areas, as it is a calm and peaceful neighborhood. The flat faces south, which provides plenty of natural light throughout the day. It is close to several services within walking distance (5/10 minutes), such as a supermarket, shopping, pharmacy, hospital, public transports. Nearby there are also gardens where you can enjoy a walk and it is also close to beaches (5 minutes by car).
Oeiras is between Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra, 15 minutes by car each way.
It is a fantastic location to explore the capital, the world heritage that Sintra offers and the magnificent town of Cascais, as well as nearby beaches.
Lisbon is also a great starting point for exploring other regions of the country, such as Porto, Algarve, Azores or Madeira. It is also a good base to visit other European cities, such as Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, London, Rome.
