Stately building located just 1 minute walk from Puerta de Alcalá and Retiro Park, with concierge during working hours. It is a safe and quiet building.
The flat is fully equipped, has air conditioning hot/cold by air ducts.
The price includes 2 cleanings of the flat per month, more cleanings can be requested with an additional cost.

It is forbidden to smoke, host parties and make noise or play music that transcends from the apartment. The apartment is located in a community with other homes, so respect for other residents is essential.
