T2 house inside a farm in Alentejo
Small house inside a quinta in Santiago do Cacém. The owners also live in the farm, in the main house.
The house for rent has two bedrooms and accommodates a maximum of 6 people.
It has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, a common area with a dining table and a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, induction hob, coffee machine and washing machine. The bathroom has hot water and towels and sheets are provided.
Wifi available.
The outdoor space can and should be used by guests. There is lots of land and fresh air. You also have access to the outdoor pool and barbecue area.
There are animals on the farm, namely our Will (golden retriever) , our Santi (pointer) and some peacocks. We accept that guests bring animals upon prior notice.
The Quinta is 1 km from the center, with easy and fast walking and car access and very close to local grocery stores, the city market and supermarkets.
There are several tourist attractions in the city, namely the Castle of Santiago do Cacém, the Ruins of Miróbriga, the Municipal Museum of Santiago do Cacém and also the Badoca Safari Park.
Santiago do Cacém is located 1h30 from Lisbon and about 20 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Alentejana such as Sines, Santo André or even Porto Covo.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
