It is a spacious apartment (170 m2) in a charming building from 1916, well recovered with a lift, which can accommodate 6-7 people very comfortably in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a lot of common space (a complete office and a large living room) and is ideal for families or groups of friends. It has air conditioning in the common room.
