Country house, Challet, (Palheiro) renovated, integrated in a property with about 4000 m2, located at an altitude of about 300m, in the Lameiros area of São Vicente.

Ideal place to relax, enjoy nature, the gardens, the vines, the unforgettable magical scenarios that this valley provides. Its location between the vineyards predominate, and the Laurissilva forest (UNESCO World Natural Heritage), ensures a stay in the midst of rural and natural authenticity in Madeira Island.
The property has about 50 m2, where on the ground floor there is a open space with living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there is one bedrooms, with a balcony to enjoy the view. Outside we have a relaxation area, with rustic benches to enjoy the scenery of this beautiful valley. This space can be used for a barbecue or meals outside.
