It`s a 130 sqm flat, near the Rákóczi tér. Ideal location for students- the flat is close to Semmelweis University buildings.
The apartment is surrounded by public transport (Metro 4, Tram No. 4-6, buses) The flat is on the 3rd floor in a non-renovated classical building but in good conditions, the building has no elevator.
Rooms are furnished to quite a high standard, the flat has 4 bedrooms with double bed in each one, wardrobe, and working table. The apartment has 1 complete bathroom and 2 separated toilet. The big living rooms have also a nice balcony. All flat is very bright and in plenty of natural light. The corner building is in a quiet area.
The flat, the spacious kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster are included. The flat has wifi and television with TV cable.
