Ideally Located Porto flat - Serene Outdoor Space
The apartment is the lower half of a two unit building near Marquez Park and metro stop. Uniquely located behind an old church in a private compound. It is quiet here, but close to everything in the center of the city.
Built in the 1930's with tall ceilings and windows, and classic tall doors to the patio from both the living room and kitchen, the apartment was renovated in 2022.
The bathroom was completely redone, and has great water pressure.
The kitchen appliances are new, except for the oven/stove. The washer/dryer is in a laundry room off the large patio. The laundry room is large enough to store extras, like suitcases.
The windows are dual paned to insulate the apartment. AC /Heat splits, in both bedrooms and the living room.
Furniture is a mix of new items and carefully selected vintage items, creating a comfortable and beautiful space.
The patio is a relaxing oasis. The church compound is friendly with a mix of permanent residents, short term rentals, and medium length stays by students and digital nomads. All in all there are 8 buildings surrounding the church and it is a friendly corner of Porto.
