Bright apartment in front of the sea
It is a very quiet apartment and ideal to enjoy the sea and the views. All the rooms have a lot of light and the sun enters in the morning. The terrace facing the sea is wonderful.
In front there is a pedestrian promenade, so there is no noise from cars. In Calafell everything is at hand and you don't need the car but we have a parking space in the annex building. The floor was recently painted.
You will be welcome to my house all those respectful and responsible people, who take care of the stay as if it were their own. I only ask that you leave the apartment as it was and if you need help with cleaning, there is the possibility of hiring it extra for €60.
Calafell is a fishing and tourist town, especially in summer, full of life, restaurants and shops, with a large and safe beach, which covers little when entering.
Very well connected to the train station which is 2 blocks away.
You can go on excursions to other charming towns in the province of Tarragona and Barcelona.
It is not allowed to smoke in the house, to have parties, or to bring animals or pets.
