Sunny, calm pod in classy downtown
The perfect distraction-free pod for remote workers, digital nomads, or anyone looking to live in a classy, central area but wants none of the busyness and noise.
The flat is situated in the most beautiful, green and elegant area of downtown, with the highest-rated restaurants and coffee shops around.
There is a park right outside the door, and the Parliament, the Danube, and the Bazilika are just 2-3 minutes away.
It may be in the dead centre of town, but as the South-facing windows have a view over a market-turned-museum, it's quiet and sunny all day.
There is a brand new gym and wellness centre adjacent to the building. All shops, doctor's offices, coworking spaces, and other amenities are within a 10-minute walk.
The flat is 84 m2 and has two bedrooms, one in the mezzanine with a unique, Japandi wall. The other one is downstairs and has a big wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a high-quality mat for better sleep.
The ceiling is 4.2 m high, so the entire apartment has an airy feeling.
There is a bathroom with a toilet, bath and shower, and a separate toilet, which is part utility room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, and all essential small kitchen appliances.
I have left my plants there; they aren't the fussy type, so you would only need to water them once a week. In turn, they provide happy, plant-y vibes.
Please note that the small wardrobe room next to the kitchen is closed for storage.
There are two desks for working, and the internet is the fastest that one can get in the district.
