MODERNIST APARTMENT IN BARCELONA CENTER
Elegant and bright restored, furnished and equipped apartment of approx. 90 m2 in the heart of the city, in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It has two double bedrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies.
With a semi-pedestrian street, it is very quiet and central, just 5 minutes walk from Passeig de Gracia, 8 minutes from the Diagonal (L3) and (L5) metro stop, and 10 minutes walk from Plaza Universitat and Plaza Cataluña. In addition, there are several bus stops in the same block as the apartment.
Historic building from 1901 recently restored, preserving all the modernist details of the time of origin.
