This one bedroom apartment is at the heart of Arts neighborhood, it`s quite central but very quiet at the same time because the apartment is facing the back of the building, a beautiful and peaceful garden where birds its the only sound you'll hear. It's the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle.

The apartment is completely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and stove. You can also count with a Samsung washing/drying machine, iron and board, drying rack and a cordless vacuum cleaner.
