The apartment is situated in an attractive location Bratislava - Ružinov, near Å trkovecké jazero lake that offers numerous sporting facilities. Several super markets (Billa, Kaufland), as well as restaurants are in a walking distance from the flat. Stops of public transportation towards both the city centre and airport are also 5 minutes walk.
Renovated apartment 2 + 1 is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building with two elevators. The floor area of the apartment is 52 m2 + balcony.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and balcony.
In the living room there is plenty of storage space, dining table, sofa bed and LED TV.
The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed and an additional single bed.
The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances - stove with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, combined refrigerator, kettle and coffee maker.
