Apartment 2 bedroom in Ruzafa
This is a furnished apartment rental, perfect for corporate housing or temporary housing. It is a fully renovated (July 2015) and a very well equipped apartment: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and all small appliances you may need. It is a bright and comfortable place and the decoration is very cozy.
It's an apartment with an internet high speed wifi connection, and cable TV with a lot of international channels.
The master bedroom has a double bed (150cmx190cm) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 1 single bed (90cm x 200cm) a dresser and small rack.
The bathroom has a large shower. All equipment is brand new and the beds are of excellent quality.
The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator.
This apartment is ideal for temporary stay in Valencia, it is 10 minutes walk from the Town Hall Square, and 20 minutes from the Turia Gardens, where the City of Arts and Sciences is located. You will be in the heart of Ruzafa neighborhood: an excellent neighborhood, very welcoming and very in vogue today, with outdoors restaurants and cafes, many shops, art galleries, supermarkets and last but not least: an excellent local fresh food market!
The best beaches of Valencia are very easy to reach by car or by public transports. There are several bus lines close to the apartment to go to the beaches and move across Valencia. This temporary rental apartment has an ideal location for a stay in Valencia.
