We offer modern, comfortable and quiet apartment 2 + kk with balcony, which is only a 10-minute tram ride from Prague's Centre.
If you are coming to Prague for sightseeing, study, for business or pleasure, this apartment is ideal for you.
Is very quiet, comfortable, practical, modern and safe. It is located in the second floor. There is no lift.
In the apartment you will find:
-Hall with shoe storage, cabinets
-fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, etc.)
-living room with balcony (TV with czech programs, a sofa bed suitable for overnight stay of two people-140 x 200 cm)
-bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and with a large wardrobe
-a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet
The apartment is great for a couple or family with one kid.
There is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.
Pets and animals are not allowed in the apartment.
