Souto da Serra - Alentejo's Tuscany.
400 m2 house, decorated in a contemporary rustic style, located in the Serra de São Mamede Natural Park. Outside you can find a heated pool, lawn, a Mediterranean garden and a barbecue area. Inside, we have: a 50 m2 living room area, complete with air conditioning and a panoramic window facing the vineyard; a dining area with a table that fits 10 people; a large and fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms on the ground floor; an office fully independent from the rest of the house, so that you can peacefully work.
On the first floor you can find: a suite with a private bathroom, a double shower booth with a massage tower, a closet and a stove heater; 4 nicely sized bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with shower cabins. All of the bedding and towels are of excellent quality and made in Portugal.
Private parking. Orchard in the area surrounding the house.
The house itself, 10 minutes from the center of Portalegre, provides a quiet, comforting and peaceful environment, which makes you want to gaze at Nature, the mountain range, the pool, the garden or the vineyard after a day`s work. If you wish to get to know the area even better, you can go hiking, horseback riding or go on adventure tourism through local businesses.
The rent fee includes weekly housekeeping services, laundry for bedsheets and towels, weekly gardening services, as well as utilities and Internet expenses.
