This is a practical, modern and bright apartment that is located five minutes by foot from the beach of Patacona and 4 minutes from the Malvarosa beach (we see the sea from the balcony!). It is completely renovated and is bright.
It has three full bedrooms, one of them with a double bed of 1.60 cm, one with a double bed of 1,40 cm  and the third with two beds of 80 cm that can be assembled to make a third double bed.
