4 bedroom duplex apartment with fireplace
T4 duplex apartment with garage for two cars. The apartment has a large living room and a kitchen with a laundry room facing the garden.
Still on the 0th floor we find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom between the two. One of the rooms has a balcony.
On the top floor are the two suites with large balconies and unobstructed views. One of the rooms has air conditioning the other ceramic heating. The house has a fireplace in the living room which you can light in winter.
