4-Suites Batalha Residence is a luxury triplex apartment with a maximum capacity for 8 people very comfortably, with four bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower (two double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each). The apartment has a dining room with equipped openspace kitchen and attached WC to support this area of ​​the house.
The accommodation has an iron and ironing board and bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay.
We can provide a bed, bath and baby chair if requested.
Air conditioning system in all rooms that also provide heating of the apartment in winter. In the dining room we also have an extra heater.
TV service and Wifi Internet available and free.
The accommodation has a huge terrace with a lounge area overlooking the city and is located on the second floor, which can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The entrance door is in a private alley at the back of the building, in which we have the right of way with a connection to Rua Santa Catarina.
