The fully equipped apartment is on the 5th floor (with the elevator) of a delicately reconstructed charming historical building. Beautiful park Kaizlovy Sady is just in front of the house, tram station is around the corner.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
