Two Bedroom apartament in sunny Albufeira
Situated in a private gated condominium this ground floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom with a new walk in shower, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with sofa, a 32smart television with cable channels, connected to very fast fibre Wi-Fi.
In the condominium there is a shared Jacuzzi and shared pool as well as a private car space inside the gates.Very close to shops, bars,etc but still in a quiet street.
700 meters walk to the beach of Oura.
Note that in the month of October 2024 a new walk in shower will be fitted to replace bathtub as well as new air conditioned units. Under floor heating also added for the winter months.
