This apartment has a beautiful relaxed and comfortable decor, the two bedrooms are queen size beds, that include the mattresses, bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels. It has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. It has a large balcony and has a fantastic view over the sea and mountains. The kitchen is well equipped and modern with all the necessary utensils: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and electric kettle. The laundry room has a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Machico was elevated to city status on August 2, 1996 and has around 20,000 inhabitants spread over its 68 km2 of area. Just minutes away form the apartment you are able to choose between the yellow sand beach and the rocky beach that enriches the bay area of Machico. This is a quiet location ideal for families and friends surrounded by friendly bars and restaurants and in a walking distance to all the required facilities. There are five towns that make up this municipality: ígua de Pena, Caniçal, Machico, Porto da Cruz and Santo António da Serra.
