You enter the entryway and kitchen in the same time to take off your shoes etc. You can drop off your shopping bags immediately too. From the kitchen you enter the living room area where you can watch tv or relax on the couch or have a meal at the glass dining table. The bathroom is available from the living room. Also from the living room there is a separated bedroom area with a huge double bed. Extra design lighting everywhere in the flat.
The studio flat has a perfect location for city travellers. You are walking distance from City park and City Centre in the same time. 4-6 tram is 5 minutes walk from your house and it runs 0-24 so you are easy to get home. The studio is only for you. You get keys to it and come and go anytime you wish.
The whole studio flat is only for you, it is perfect for 2 people but ideal for 4 as well if you have kids or friends who travel with you - I would stay for short term it can work. There is a microwave, water boiler, coffee mashine, electric stove and electric cooking surface in the kitchen. Air condition/heating mashine in the living room - cools and heats all the flat. There is a comfortable sofa bed directed to the television. There are plenty of channels on tv, also in english and other languages. Wifi is available in the flat.
