A fantastic 3 bedroom villa in a private quite condominium with pool, parking, WI-FI, TV, air conditioner, and an open garden very well furnished and with top quality finishes, in an excellent location.
This modern villa has everything you need, quality, comfort, privacy and with all the amenities to enjoy an excellent stay in one of Portugal finest area - Vilamoura.
This house is located in a very calm and harmonious area with the following geographical attributes:
- 5 minutes from the center (Vilamoura marina)
- 5 minutes from supermarkets / bakeries / typical restaurants
- 10 minutes from the beach
- 1 minute from two golf courses
Regarding the area, the house is divided over two floors (1 suite room + 2 rooms) with natural light illuminating the house completely from all angles. On the first floor the house allows access to the living room, kitchen and garden area (divided into a private garden in front of the house + access to the condominium garden and swimming pool) and outdoor barbecue. On the second floor there is a double bedroom (with balcony) and a bathroom. On the third floor, there is another double bedroom with a window to the outside garden, and the main suite with a balcony and a large bathroom.
All these 3 bedrooms have closets and storage space.
