A 32m2 studio apartment for rent in SPLIT. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building. It has a spacious loggia with a view of the mountains. It is ideal for 1-2 person. It is well connected to the city center by transport. There are several shops and bakeries near the apartment. Almost all city buses stop near the apartment, so you can easily get to the desired place.
DURING THE SUMMER SEASON, WHEN THE DEMAND FOR SHORT-TERM ACCOMMODATION IS THE HIGHEST, OUR APARTMENT IS OPEN FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 3 PEOPLE. OUTSIDE THE SUMMER MONTHS, WE OFFER THE POSSIBILITY OF MONTHLY RENT, WITH A MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 2 PEOPLE.
