Apartment with balcony near the center
The apartment is on the 5th floor. Very quiet location as it faces the inner courtyard. This cosy, modernly furnished 1-room apartment is ideal as accommodation for a longer stay in Vienna. It has a small balcony in the inner courtyard, which is ideal for breakfast.
The perfect transport connection, tram no. 71 is right outside the front door and takes you to the city center in just a few stops. The subway is in the immediate vicinity.

Rest well in the comfortable double bed. There is a workplace. As well as a dining area in the living room and access to the balcony
The kitchen is separate and complete, fully equipped with a dishwasher, 2 ring ceramic hob, fridge freezer, micro.
