Vintage style country house
The house, built in the 1920s, is surrounded by a garden with large trees, offering a peaceful environment. The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the house, at garden level. Originally a wine cellar, it has been carefully restored, improving the quality of the services and reorganizing the spaces to optimize livability and comfort, all designed for the enjoyment of our guests.
The one-story accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed and two additional beds in the living room. It can accommodate up to 4 people and a baby, as we provide a crib and a high chair. The fully equipped bathroom includes a shower, and the kitchen has everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer, among other appliances. Of course, it also has Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and heating.
Parking is not an issue, as you can park right next to the house.
The owner, a garden designer, lives on the same estate. The garden stands out for its variety of botanical species, a small private 'botanical garden,' which includes a small greenhouse area where she cultivates her collection of bamboo, among other plants. The house is located 2 km from the village of Santa BrĂgida, in a very quiet yet central location. It is surrounded by a magnificent garden within a beautiful ecological estate of 15,000 m2, planted with various fruit trees (oranges, lemons, plums, pears, loquats, persimmons, quinces, nectarines, and more), where you can walk and enjoy the views and flora of the area.
The house has a large private porch where you can have breakfast while contemplating the lush vegetation surrounding the house, with access from the kitchen and the living room.
In the village of Santa BrĂgida, just 2 km away, you can enjoy the weekend market of fruits, flowers, and vegetables. The Bandama Golf Course is 5 km away.
The surrounding area offers many scenic and cultural attractions, as well as the opportunity for hiking.
